Birthday Box 2025 Sock Set

Every March 31 I celebrate one more year 'round the sun and you all know I love for us to celebrate together! 

This year I'm dyeing a yarn inspired by the colors in the listing photo, and each item follows this idea.  The complete contents of the birthday box are a surprise, but along with the sock set from Suburban Stitcher, you can expect items coordinate.

This box will include a sock set with a 100 gram skein of sock yarn and 2 coordinating 20 gram mini skeins.  It will also include a surprise notion, and a pattern that can be knit using the yarn included in the box.

This listing is a PREORDER listing, and I anticipate them shipping late March.

Suburban Stitcher sock yarn is made up of:
75% superwash merino / 25% nylon
460 yards/100 grams

This yarn is super soft and yet very strong. It is sturdy enough for your next pair of socks, and also soft enough to wear next to your skin in a hat, shawl or even a sweater. One skein should be more than enough for an adult pair of socks.

Hand dyed yarn can very from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot. Please take care to purchase enough yarn to complete your project.

Care:
This yarn does contain superwash merino, however, I do always recommend that you hand wash your knitwear. Please use cold or lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. I use colorfast acid dyes for dying my yarn, and rinse until water runs clear. However even with all of this, there is a chance that some dye may bleed slightly in the first wash of your finished item. This is particularly true for highly saturated colors and speckled skeins. Because of this, I do recommend that you wash your items separately, especially for the first couple of washes.
